Andrew Wong

Andrew has over 20 years of experience in hand therapy and occupational therapy. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy (Curtin University, Australia) and previously served as Senior Occupational Therapist at National University Hospital.

Andrew’s expertise includes upper limb rehabilitation, nerve compression syndromes, and myofascial pain management. Recognised with multiple service awards, he also holds certifications in sports massage, myofascial release, and Kinesio Taping.

Clinical interests: upper limb nerve compression, brachial plexus-related problems, myofascial pain syndromes, and pain management strategies.

Hee Xiu Juan

Xiu Juan graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Therapy) from the University of Sydney and has worked across both government and private healthcare settings. She has experience treating a wide range of conditions, from neurological disorders to complex upper limb injuries. She strongly believes in empowering clients with knowledge so therapy extends beyond the clinic, enabling them to return to their valued roles in life.

Clinical interests: patient education, rehabilitation of hand and upper limb injuries, functional recovery.

Sarah Li

Sarah obtained her degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Sydney and built her career at Tan Tock Seng Hospital and National University Hospital, where she became a Senior Occupational Therapist specialising in hand rehabilitation. She has certifications in Physical Agent Modalities and Ergonomic Evaluation and has been actively involved in mentoring and clinical education. Sarah has also received multiple service awards recognising her commitment to patient-centred care.

Clinical interests: brachial plexus injuries, myofascial pain syndromes, ergonomic assessment

Joan Lin

Joan graduated from the University of Sydney and has specialised in hand and upper limb rehabilitation since 2008. She worked at Tan Tock Seng Hospital, where she became a Senior Occupational Therapist and developed clinical treatment protocols for hand injuries. Sponsored for postgraduate studies, she obtained a Master of Science in Hand Therapy (Brunel University, UK). Joan also led a team of occupational therapists in clinical and research work in hand rehabilitation.

Clinical interests: fractures, tendon and nerve injuries, repetitive strain disorders, and arthropathy.

Chang Sook Ming

Sook Ming holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (Honours) and has over 10 years of experience in hand and upper limb rehabilitation at Tan Tock Seng Hospital. She is a Certified Hand Therapist and Certified Lymphedema Therapist, with expertise in treating complex upper limb conditions. She believes in a holistic, patient-centred approach to optimise rehabilitation outcomes and quality of life.

Clinical interests: upper limb rehabilitation, lymphedema therapy, patient education.

Betty Teo

Betty has over 25 years of clinical experience as an occupational therapist, specialising in hand therapy and upper limb rehabilitation. She trained at the renowned Kleinert and Kutz Hand Care Centre in the USA under the MOH Health Manpower Development Program fellowship. Betty also holds certifications in myofascial release, Kinesio Taping, Functional Assessment, and Physical Work Performance Evaluation. Compassionate and collaborative, Betty is passionate about empowering patients to overcome challenges and regain independence.

Clinical interests: hand rehabilitation, functional assessments, pain management, and complex upper limb injuries.
